Once you have your offline files (either downloaded via the /layout command or extracted from an ISO), installing on the target machine is easy:
Copy the entire downloaded folder to the offline computer via removable media. On the offline machine, run the adkwinpesetup.exe located inside that copied folder. Select the adkwinpesetup.exe offline download
For a true offline experience, you need the or the offline layout generated via the command line. Once you have your offline files (either downloaded
