To download your issued or received documents, follow these steps within the portal: Access the Portal : Log in to the Escon Datagate Portal using your RUC, username, and password. Navigate to Documents : In the left-hand side menu, select the "Documentos" (Documents) option. Select "Enviados" "Enviados" (Sent) to view invoices you have issued to customers.
