Indian family systems, collectivistic society and psychotherapy

Food, family, and festivals are the fabric of Indian life, and my experiences have been a sensory delight. From the spicy flavors of South Indian cuisine to the rich diversity of North Indian dishes, every meal is a celebration. And then, of course, there are the festivals – Diwali, Holi, Navratri, and Eid, to name a few – which bring families and communities together in a riot of color, music, and joy.
