The PS2’s uLaunchELF has limited file system support. While later versions (v4.42 and beyond) improved compatibility, the sweet spot remains: ulaunchelf mass empty
Note: If your drive is larger than 32GB, native Windows formatting won't let you choose FAT32. You will need to use a third-party tool like FAT32 Format (GUIFormat) to force the format. 3. Try the "Hot Re-plug" Trick , forced the format to MBR, and copied the files back
Ensure you are running the latest stable version. As of this writing, that is uLaunchELF v4.43 or the community-maintained v4.47 (found on PS2-homebrew forums). Still nothing. The USB light flashes when I plug it in, but mass: shows empty.
