Dolphin does not natively support WBFS. Convert WBFS → ISO using Wii Backup Manager, then load ISO in Dolphin.
Use Dolphin Emulator and point it to the folder containing your .wbfs files. Wii Wbfs Rom Archive
It strips "junk data" (padding) from original ISO files. Dolphin does not natively support WBFS
