Microsoft does not provide official premade .qcow2 disk images

For libvirt: add tpm model tpm-tis with a swtpm backend.

For ARM64 or early builds, download VHDX files from the Windows Insider site, which can be easily converted.

Because Windows requires a unique license and a machine-specific setup (including hardware-bound activation and TPM 2.0 security checks), distributing pre-installed operating system images publicly violates Microsoft's licensing terms.
