Wbfs | Wii Fit

These files are designed to be read by USB loaders on a "softmodded" Wii console.

Wii Backup Manager can format an entire drive to WBFS format. However, this makes the drive unusable for anything else (no MP3s, no other files). wii fit wbfs

Wii Fit is not a standard game – it requires the Balance Board and has save file protections. These files are designed to be read by

: A standard Wii disc is 4.7GB, but much of that is "dummy data" (padding). A WBFS file strips this away, shrinking to its actual data size (often under 1GB). Plug-and-Play significantly reducing storage size.

The format is used for Wii backups because it "scrubs" away unnecessary filler data found in standard ISO files, significantly reducing storage size.
